Each stage of the Ceneka Design process is outlined below. Most of our services are complimented by web based communication tools, allowing you easy access to Ceneka at anytime.

1. Ceneka Design Consultation

At our first planning meeting with you, Ceneka will lay the foundation for your web site's objectives in the light of your corporate identity. Ceneka will also find out what exactly you want to do with your web site in both short and long term. (For instance, do you want to generate more sales, or provide an information portal for your suppliers, or convert more visitors to sales through an online store presence?)

From this initial session we will create a simple plan to develop the interface, structure, and look of your e-business initiative. In subsequent meetings we will review early concepts with you and finalise the theme and look you want to achieve.

Ceneka will also audit the current state of content management within your organisation. We will investigate how your current web site is administered, what other workflow patterns are in place and what other tools are currently available.

From this stage we will define all existing content, the owners, or sources of this content and how this data will be delivered to your end users.

2. Ceneka Graphic Design and Interface Creation

There is nothing more important than the look and ease of use of your web site. Visitors, whether new or old, often make quick impressions whether a site is right for them within the first few seconds of visiting. It is important for visitors to be able to find the information they want as quickly and easily as possible.

Ceneka's graphic designers work with the themes and goals outlined during our consultation phase and create three prototype interface designs that meet your design requirements. Ceneka then works with you to review the prototypes selecting the most appropriate web site design to meet your needs. Alternatively you can select an inexpensive pre defined theme from our library.

Ceneka will then build the template for your selected web site. We separate the content from the appearance using the Multileaf content management system with Cascading Style Sheets for formatting. The use of Cascading Style Sheets allows presentation flexibility for your visitors. There is no longer a need to maintain separate “printer friendly” versions of your web site, instead we use a separate print style sheet so that users can print the current page. In addition, formatting changes made in one place (the style sheet) are reflected everywhere on the site. This speeds changes to any style or other formatting element elsewhere on your site, saving you time and money.

3. Content Management

Ceneka's simple content management solution, Multileaf, enables you to maintain your own web site content, eliminating the need to hire expensive contractors or increase internal work load. Keeping content current is important as fresh content plays a critical role in web site optimisation as well as visitor lead conversion. All of this can be done without any HTML or other programming skill required and accessed from anywhere at anytime via the web.

Multileaf, Ceneka's content management system, has the following features:

Rich text editing, including bold, italic, underline, numbered and bulleted lists, adding web links, and more
New page additions allow you to create depth to your site in line with Ceneka Design's recommendations for web site search engine optimisation
Quick navigation through the web page tree to find the information you want fast
Ability to upload images for each page - add, replace, or delete images on your own.
SQL database backend to store and retrieve information quickly
Password protected access to the system for authorised users only

There are a number of optional modules and services for Multileaf:

Multileaf Search: Offer your visitors a simple way to search all of the content on your site. The search function takes a users query and returns ordered pages containing the most relevant links
Multileaf Tour: Give your visitors a quick link to guide them through the important pages of your site. Often visitors are overwhelmed with links and menu picks on some site. An easy to use “forward / back” tour button often helps first time users quickly navigate your site while picking up important information.
Multileaf Multi Publish: deliver your content to multiple web sites at once. Ideal for a reseller or dealer network where everyone needs the same parts or product information and pricing on their respective web sites.
Behaviour Tracking: Track pages accessed, navigation patters, words searched for, and other user behaviours to improve the usability of your site.
Data Migration Service: If you have an existing web site with a lot of content, our professional services group can provide consultants to populate Multileaf with the existing page information. This saves you time and gets your new site running faster.
Annual Maintenance for Multileaf gives you free updates to any new versions of the software during the maintenance period.
Monthly Update Consulting: gives access to Ceneka Design consultants for a certain number of hours per month to help maintain, keep your site optimised, and build your site

4. Hosting Options

Ceneka Design has options from some of the world's leading hosting solution providers. With solutions starting from under $1 per day we believe we can provide a solution to any web hosting need you may have.

With the hosting option Ceneka helps to maintain your site including setup of email accounts or other site related issues. We can also offer the following options for your site:

Storefront - We can add a store front to an existing web site or a new one. This allows customers from anywhere to order your products and services.
